Objectives
The goal is to get to know and experience different types of circus, such as floor and pair acrobatics or pair juggling with hoops or gym balls.
Description
Under the guidance of the instructor, various exercises related to body control and motor skills will be conducted with the circus theme. The basics of safe acrobatics in group and in pair will be introduced as well.
Note
The programme is suitable for those more than 10 years old. The instruction will be implemented according to participants’ skill level. Use indoor exercise clothing, no shoes.
